Overview

Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours (OOH) team in Warwickshire. The role involves delivering urgent patient care outside regular GP hours across multiple sites.

Working Hours

Open 18:30–08:00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over weekends. Flexible shift patterns available.

Locations

Warwickshire sites: Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Shipston‑on‑Stour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face consultations from the clinical base in a fully equipped environment.
  • Undertake home visits for assessment or treatment in patients’ homes.
