We are seeking a highly specialized Lab Technician for a part-time contract role. This position is ideal for a precision soldering expert who thrives in a high-tech R&D environment. You will serve as the primary resource for DRAM BGA replacements and high-complexity board modifications, providing critical support to our engineering team on an as-needed basis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Advanced BGA Rework: Lead the removal, reballing, and replacement of DRAM and SoC components using the Air-Vac DRS25
