you will support daily fulfillment operations by managing order processing tasks, coordinating with warehouses and carriers, and resolving customer issues related to shipments, returns, and inventory. You will oversee the retrieval of technology and curriculum materials, update internal systems accurately, and communicate with families and internal teams to ensure timely, successful returns. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot user‑related concerns, and contribute to process improvements and project‑based initiatives to maintain a high level of service.
