Job Description
This position will be for Adult Day Care Program and then St Luke Facility upon completion of assignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES : To assist residents with/or provide all levels of activities of daily living (ADL's) and any other needs the resident may require consistent with the facility's policies and procedures.
FUNCTIONS:
+ Must be available to periodically work more than eight (8) hours per day, or more than forty (40) hours per week.
+ Assist residents with personal care including oral/denture hygiene, bathing (bed bath, Century Tub and/or shower), foot care, nail care, hair care, shampooing, shaving, grooming and dressing.
+ Transfer, ambulate and transport residents.
+ Provide active/passive ROM (range of motion) with daily care.
+ Assist residents with toileting needs.
+ Provide peri care and catheter care.
