Onsite (Night Shift) | AdTech

This isn't a feature factory role.
This is a high-precision AdTech systems role.
We're looking for engineers who think in latency, fill rate, revenue, and scale — not screens or UI.
You care about:
• Milliseconds in ad request latency
• Auction fairness & bid accuracy
• Fill rate, eCPM, and revenue lift
• Tracking & attribution correctness
• Edge cases that silently lose money
• Systems that stay reliable under millions of requests
