Hiring: ADP Tester | Business Analyst – Capital Markets
We are looking for a skilled ADP Tester / Business Analyst with strong end-to-end testing experience in the Capital Markets domain to join our team.
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai
Shift: EMEA
Key Requirements
Strong testing background (functional / system / UAT) — not from an operational role
Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting testing initiatives
Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets :
Equity
Derivatives
Debt instruments
Expert-level SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and test analysis
Role Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios
Design and execute detailed test cases and test plans
Perform data validation using complex SQL queries
Work closely with development, BA, and business stakeholders
Support defect management, root cause analysis, and UAT sign-off
