Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant to join our client's team. The consultant will support system optimization, perform configuration activities, and provide front-line support for Workfront users. The ideal candidate must possess Adobe Workfront certifications, demonstrate solid platform knowledge, and be capable of engaging with end-users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
• Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
• Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
• Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, ...
