Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) professional to design, build, and optimize customer journeys across channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AJO, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and campaign orchestration, enabling personalized and data-driven customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Build and manage email and SMS within AJO
  • Create and manage real-time and batch journeys leveraging events, segments, and profiles
