Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO and AEP capabilities, and support upskilling efforts across the team
• Work in a client facing roles and lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience cloud implementations.
• Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to the requirements.
• Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development.
• Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration
• Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys/campaigns that enhance engagement and satisfaction
