The Adobe DAM Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting,
and operational management for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets (DAM). The role ensures platform
stability, optimal performance, and timely issue resolution for digital asset workflows, metadata management,
ingestion pipelines, and integrations.

Technical Skills:

2-6+ years experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with strong focus on AEM Assets
(DAM).
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Assets or AEM Sites
Experience with Adobe Workfront, Brand Portal, Dynamic Media
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
