Job Description
- The candidate must have Web Analytics / App Analytics experience, not just reporting or creating scorecards
- Look for projects they have done to improve the customer experience on the website – AB test hypothesis generation, landing page optimization, customer journey optimization
- Look for exposure to root cause analysis to understand why traffic, conversions are moving WoW/QoQ
- Cross-platform experience is a plus – exposure to mobile app analytics, product analytics
- Look for experience engaging directly with clients in the US or EU. Must have driven end to end analysis and should have created decks and presentations for client consumption on a regular basis
- Should have experience working in B2C and domains like retail, ecommerce
- Should have exposure to AB testing, or an idea of how experimentation works on web
- Tools – Adobe Analytics , SQL and all other tools are a plus
