Alberton, Jhb: NEWLY ADMITTED ATTORNEY (CIVIL LITIGATION)

Minimum Requirements

• Presentable and professional B‑BBEE male/female
• LLB Degree completed and must have served 2 years of legal articles
• Recently/newly admitted as an Attorney a must
• Recent Civil Litigation experience a must
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently while managing multiple matters
• Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
• Currently residing in Jhb or Ekurhuleni
• Computer literate in MS Office, Caselines and Court Online
• Stable employment record and contactable employment references

Duties

• Manage civil litigation portfolio under supervision of firm’s Director
• Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, opinions, legal correspondence & settlement agreements
