We're looking for a driven and people-focused individual eager to grow in both sales and student experience management.

This is a blended role — starting with Admissions (Sales) and transitioning into Student Success (Customer Excellence & Retention) after the initial learning phase.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Admissions (First 2–3 Weeks)


• Speak with parents, understand student needs, and recommend suitable tutoring plans.


• Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions.


• Share insights and suggestions for process improvements.

Phase 2 – Student Success


• Build strong relationships with enrolled parents and students.


• Ensure smooth coordination between teaching and support teams.


• Handle retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
