Job Title: Closer Specialist
Location: [Remote]
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
Close qualified leads generated by the sales/marketing team
Conduct high-quality sales calls and product/service presentations
Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Closer / Sales Specialist / Admission Counsellor (Closer role)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven ability to close deals over phone/video calls
Experience in handling high-ticket or consultative sales (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM too...
