Job Title: Closer Specialist
Location: (Remote)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Close qualified leads generated by the sales/marketing team
- Conduct high-quality sales calls and product/service presentations
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Closer / Sales Specialist / Admission Counsellor (Closer role)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
