Admissions Manager

The Head – Admissions is responsible for strategically leading and managing the complete admissions process for Euro and Billabong schools, including team leadership, pipeline management, data analysis, event conceptualisation, and daily collaboration with the Principal to drive admission targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Recruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admissions Counsellors and ancillary staff.
• Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, fee structures, and parent testimonials.
• Design and deliver effective admission sales pitches and train counsellors on objection handling techniques.
