The
KLG Admission Manager
oversees the daily operations of the admissions team in Bogotá, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal departments, maintaining service excellence, and aligning team performance with company goals.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions team and team leads.
• Review and adjust KPIs to drive performance and engagement.
