The Head of Admissions will be based based in Chandigarh and travel frequently

8 to 10 Years of experience from reputed schools

Own admissions targets end-to-end for new academic sessions.

Build and execute a region-specific admissions strategy

Develop structured outreach programs across schools, communities, and feeder institutions

Create predictable lead funnels and improve conversion ratios

Strengthen the school’s brand positioning among prospective parents

Lead front-end counselling and conversion excellence

This is a numbers-driven leadership role with direct accountability for outcomes.
