Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services. We are seeking to recruit Admissions & Discharge Officer - Team Lead to join our Finance Department.
The Admissions & Discharges Office – Team Lead is responsible for the seamless, accurate, and patient-centred operation of all admissions, discharge, and insurance/corporate authorization activities at Valley Hospital Limited. The role ensures that every patient pathway — from outpatient pre-authorisation through inpatient admission to final discharge — is handled efficiently, in compliance with insurer and regulatory requirements, and to the highest standard of patient care.
