Key Responsibilities 1. Telecalling & Lead Management  Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases  Handle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App, and email professionally  Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads  Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems  Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)  Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets 2.
