Admissions Coordinator – Full Time

July 2, 2026 – September 30, 2027

Duties

  • Coordinate, develop, administer, maintain and revise admissions functions and procedures.
  • Receive and record applications and transcript information.
  • Determine admission status of applicants for Health, Child, Youth and Family Studies, Foundation Trades and Technology programs.

Qualifications

  • Business Management Diploma or equivalent with three years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work as a team player in an open office environment.
  • Proficient MS Office skills with advanced knowledge and experience in MS Excel.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to serve a diverse range of students and colleagues with tact, diplomacy, empathy while maintaining strict confidentiality.
