Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admission & Student Success Counsellor to manage the complete student lifecycle, from counselling and converting prospective students during the admission cycle to providing post-admission mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission processes while handling inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into admissions and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
• Manage and mentor an assigned portfolio of enrolled students after the admission cycle.
