Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Administrative Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative and financial documentation of the company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Systematically organize and maintain all company records, including supplier invoices, customer receipts, and service agreements.
  • Financial Coordination: Assist in basic bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and ensure all financial data is accurately prepared for the company's accounting firm.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure inventory documentation and delivery orders are processed accurately.
