  • Ensure the proper execution of offers, sales orders, final goods issues, contract, invoicing and collections. Act with a professional decorum in all dealings with customers, especially complaint handling. Register and modify with accuracy and correctness non-financial Account & Contact data. Maintain and process all employee master data, parts orders, service planning documents, databases in order to have an efficient field process in Maintenance, Repair, Modernization and Existing Installations. Provide the Service Leaders with timely follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers, past due receivables, “Warning Signs” of customer dissatisfaction and possible cancellations. Register personnel administration data for direct and indirect people: time, payroll, expenses, time sheet. Control the documents archive.
