Job responsibilities
- Handling procurement and supplier communication
- Follow up on order progress to ensure goods are delivered on time
- Compare prices and find suitable suppliers
- Assisting in processing invoice, payment and related documents
- Support other administrative and office work
- Minimum 'O' Level
- Administration or procurement-related experience is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English
