We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who will contribute to the successful delivery of Operational Transformation projects for the GH&E Government business unit.

The role supports the implementation of agreed standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure transparency, consistency, and high-quality outcomes across all transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities, including correspondence, SharePoint sites, project plans, calendars, and meeting management
  • Support the delivery of project plans tailored to specific client outcomes
  • Coordinate project information, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge management across systems, processes, and platforms, championing best practice
