We're looking for a switched‑on and detail‑focused Administrator to support a busy team working on a major nationwide infrastructure upgrade. This is a 6‑month temporary role based in Albany, with a warm and welcoming team environment. If you’re organised, confident with data, and enjoy a mix of customer communication and backend admin, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be working with a large customer database and supporting the coordination of essential field work happening across NewZealand.

• Working from a large spreadsheet of approximately customer records
• Sending scheduled customer communications (letters, emails, and text reminders)
• Responding to customer queries and providing helpful, professional support
• Creating jobs in the internal system and assigning them to technicians
