This role is central to ensuring the smooth processing of customer enquiries and orders, efficient coordination of deliveries, and high-quality administrative support to both office and field-based sales teams. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Prepare quotations using the company ERP system. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details such as pricing, quantities, delivery instructions, and invoicing requirements are correct. Provide administrative support to sales teams and maintain accurate records of quotations, correspondence, and sales documentation.
