Job Summary
As a Mac System Administrator, you will share the responsibility for managing, automating macOS, handling technical support requests, and performing root cause analysis of issues. You will assist users in resolving operational issues by utilizing resources such as established documentation, senior staff, and third-party companies.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze and resolve service requests from senior executives and VIPs, as well as complex Mac system issues, including servers and workstations via the Ticketing System that cannot be resolved at level 2.
- Troubleshoot and support Mac system issues, with in-depth knowledge of macOS and iOS mobile devices, and manage their updates.
