Job Description

I am looking for an immediate start Administrator to join a construction company in Swindon. The Administrator will be working on a contract basis for up to 20 weeks. 

Administrator duties: 

  • Scheduling and diarising for surveyors 

  • Liaise daily with customers to ensure works are booked in and carried out 

  • Ensure all information is recorded promptly and accurately on databases
  • What is required for the role: 

  • Strong IT skills 

  • Experience using Excel 

  • Customer service skills 

  • Experience in a similar position
