Administrator – Supply Chain

Summary:

This position will be responsible for maintaining consistency & accuracy of SAP daily operations data and generating daily reports/dashboard by understanding business requirements also support CSR’s on tracking/updating delivery status -EU/WH

Responsibilities Include:

Timely update SAP process orders, purchase orders, sales orders and stock transfer orders after liaising with relative functions to ensure data accuracy & correct confirmation date to customers.

Support in data analysis, report preparation and presentation as needed.

Participate in supply chain process improvements and other key initiatives as needed.

Responsible for effective collaboration and communication with team members.

Handle e-mails from customer support team with questions on status of the delivery to customer.
