Macmahon is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the recommencement of operations at Mt Carlton mine. Located approximately two hours south of Townsville, Mt Carlton is a gold silver operation preparing to transition from care and maintenance back into production. This restart presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of safe, efficient and sustainable operational practices from the outset.

This position operates on a 5 Days On / 2 Days Off roster, DIDO only.

About The Role

• Coordinate daily site administration including travel, accommodation and roster updates.
• Manage visitor and contractor onboarding, inductions and compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate records, registers and document control for site operations.
