Job Scope

  • General office administration
  • Prepare invoices, quotations & purchase orders
  • Maintain project documents and filing
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients
  • Assist with basic accounts data entry
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum O Level / Diploma
  • 1–2 years admin experience (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Responsible and organized
