We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing team by managing client communications, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate survey records across client databases.


Role Responsibilities

  • Contact clients directly to arrange appointments, book works, and confirm scheduling requirements.

  • Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure jobs are planned efficiently.

  • Input survey data, job updates, and client information accurately onto internal and client databases.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries while providing a professional and helpful service.
