This is a permanent hybrid opportunity based at our wonderful Melbourne office. 

Your role, your contribution! 

  • Perform administration duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, scanning and client data.
  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence.
  • Administration tasks including database maintenance, APS updates, document management, and client invoicing.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members.
