Job Description

Office Administrator, supporting Inteforge management team based in Victoria Park office. The role to provide LSL coverage on a fixed term full time basis, from June to mid October 2026. 
Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Administration support to management team
  • Booking and coordination of employee travel (international and domestic)
  • Data entry from variety of sources
  • Assist project team with generation and updating of internal and external reports
  • Provision of administration support to project team
  • What you’ll bring:
  • A minimum of 2 + years in Administration roles within Engineering or Construction industry
  • Proficient user of Microsoft suite of programmes (including Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and process driven to meet compliance standards
  • Experience of travel booking (international)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
