Administrator
2-3 Week Temporary Assignment (Immediate Start - Monday)

Overview:
We are working with a business in Oxford who are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support the team on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data across internal systems
  • Check and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with processing documents and records as required
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

    • Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry/administration or a recent graduate
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good IT skills
