Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative processes in the shop such as supplier liaison, obtaining of quotations, placing of orders.
  • Responsible for implementing, maintaining and enforcing stock taking and stock management processes.
  • Daily cash ups and reconciliation.
  • Management of cashiers.
  • Issuing of credit notes, completing credit applications.
  • Implementing, maintaining and enforcing health and safety and other regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing, maintaining and enforcing all other administrative systems and procedures in the shop.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate with experience with retail software, Microsoft 365 and basic accounting skills as well as experience with the use of Pastel.
  • Own transport.
