Our client is a Sign and Graphics company based in Surrey. They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide day-to-day support across the business. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration
  • Estimating, purchasing and sales support
  • Invoice processing
  • Switchboard cover and call handling
  • About You:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience in the signage industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
