Job description:
We are seeking a capable Administrative Assistant with experience in procurement, accounting or SQL-based data entry systems, and import coordination. This role involves managing procurement records, system data entry, and coordinating import processes with Malaysia Customs. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative and procurement roles
Hands-on experience with accounting systems or SQL-based data entry systems
Working knowledge of Malaysia Customs import procedures
Familiarity with import documentation (invoices, packing lists, HS codes, permits, etc.)
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Proficient in spreadsheets and standard office software
