Our Client in the Durban North Area requires an Administrator for a 6 month contract in order to assist with overflow work in various departments.

Duties Include:

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain databases and update records accurately
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, or staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks

Own car is preferable, however reliable transport to and from work would be essential.
