We are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department in a financial institution.

Permanent, Cape Town based

Responsibilities:

• Minimisation of miss deals

• Cash and Trade settlement Management on Funds -Beginning

• Capturing data into the system - Instrument setups

• Accurate and in time process - trade uploads, demat trades

• Fund Manager Reporting - Daily Sheets , Trade Sheets

• Improving and reviewing existing processes

• Other operational tasks (Account opening, Due Diligence +

• Attending to internal and external queries timeously

• Demonstrate and understanding and awareness of TCF

• Maintain internal/external relationships - assisting other

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant qualification (relevant financial qualification)
