Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic and committed Administrator to join our friendly team in our Perth office. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a National Administration team and general administration in the Perth office.
Role Responsibilities:
Report formatting and production for projects, proposals and tenders
Book and co-ordinate travel
Handling phone calls and all incoming office correspondence
Meet and greet visitors
Provide assistance coordinating office related events and functions
Ensure general office cleanliness & maintenance, including ordering and taking stock of office supplies and ensure the office area is presentable
General administration duties – invoice processing, record keeping, filing etc
