  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person

  • Transactions & data entry into ERP & CRM (daily quotation, billing, ordering
    and account)

  • Track shipments and provide delivery updates

  • Preparation and documentation of import/export

  • Handle general administrative tasks and assist in sales related topics

  • Your profile


  • Experience in customer support and administrative assistance

  • Professional experience in the related field is required

  • Knowledge of languages in English, desirable

  • ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office experience

  • You are able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
