Job Description

Nelson Recruitment Services are urgently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to work for a Hydraulic Business in the Castle Bromwich area of Birmingham to start immediately.

Previous experience with Microsoft Navision / Dynamics is ideal but not essential, strong admin experience required

Hours: Monday – Friday : 8:00am – 4:30 pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour / weekly pay

Location: B35 7BT

Duties:

* Quoting , order processing, purchasing, stock control

* Handling any calls/enquiries that come in

* Responding to emails

* Creating and updating records

* Tracking office stock and placing orders

* Working with software - microsoft navison or similar

* Any other general admin duties

Essential:

* Minimum 2 years experience in an administrator role

* Previous experience in Purchasing Admin Duties
