Administrator – Brigg & Ashby (Full‑Time, Office‑Based)

We are supporting a well‑established business seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role covering two sites (Brigg and Ashby) so applicants must be able to travel between both locations as required.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination and people‑focused tasks, with the confidence to support senior staff and keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* PA support — managing diaries and email inbox, scheduling meetings and preparing documents

* HR administration — maintaining records, supporting onboarding and handling confidential information

* Basic marketing support — assisting with social media posts, promotional materials and internal communications

* Diary coordination — organising appointments, planning schedules and ensuring smooth workflow
