We are seeking a Temp Administrator for a 6-month assignment, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. The role will focus on recruitment administration, with additional HR admin support.

Job Location - Edinburgh North SA

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration

  • Assist with posting job advertisements and managing job boards.
  • Screen resumes and prepare candidate shortlists.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre‑employment checks.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in ATS/HR systems.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, documentation and updates.
  • Support the TA Partner with talent pooling and candidate follow‑up.
