Position Summary
The Administrative Staff will support CRM operations, engagement tracking, reporting, and coordination with Engagement Managers (EMs). This role ensures accurate data management, timely reporting, and the smooth execution of engagement lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the full engagement lifecycle, including opportunity identification and proposal stages.
Maintain and update CRM system records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support client onboarding processes.
Monitor and track engagement lifecycle (EL) activities to ensure proper documentation.
Ensure all stages of engagement are accurately recorded and consistently updated in the CRM system.
