Administrator

Location: Pontypridd, Cardiff - Fully Onsite

Contract: Temporary - 1-month contract (Temp to Perm)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour (PAYE)

OBJECTIVES:

  • To ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
  • To ensure that all work completed is accurately charged in accordance with customer contracts
  • To assist in raising purchase orders and maintaining records as required

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls professionally and accurately log all information into Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the Credit Control team by resolving outstanding account queries.
  • Assist with the daily driver debrief process, recording actions and updates in Salesforce.
