Job Description
We are a fast-growing children's publishing and writing business seeking a
detail-oriented and reliable General Administrative Virtual Assistant
to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing emails, calendars, documents, and spreadsheets in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email inboxes, including drafting and responding to emails professionally
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across multiple platforms (Google Calendar, Microsoft, GoDaddy)
- Prepare, edit, and convert documents (Word PDF)
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets (contact lists, newsletters, event signups, tracking sheets)
- Organize files and documents using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
